  1. Define in step sequence the actions undertaken in the housekeeping department to ensure their staff and the guests are safe. (please mention equipment used, laundry and disinfection practices as frequency of the cleaning in public area , staff wearing masks and gloves etc. )?

Following step are being taken by housekeeping to cop-up with Covid-19

  • All staff wears gloves and masks on regular basis.
  • Using Hand Sanitizers after every hand washing.
  • Staff washing their hands after every 30 minutes
  • Disinfecting the public areas after every one hour and cleaning & disinfecting the rooms with “All Purpose Pine Chemical” on daily basis.
  • Deep cleaning of all the hotel floors with “All Purpose Pine Chemical” to make sure that all areas are neat and tidy.
  • Disinfecting all the door handles after every one hour.

 

2. Describe the kitchen operation and the additional hygienic rules applied especially during the Covid-19?

  • All staff wears gloves, head nest and face masks on regular basis.
  • Staff washing their hands after every 30 minutes.
  • Using Hand Sanitizers after every hand washing.
  • Deep cleaning of all kitchen area with chemicals.
  • Sterilizing all the kitchen equipment’s on hourly basis.
  • Disinfecting all the kitchen equipment’s and working tables on regular basis.
  • Chillers cleaning is also done as per the routine schedule.

 

  1. Define any other major concerning Front office and how we ensure the safety of the front desk and front-line staff as bellboys and others?
  • All staff wears gloves and face masks on regular basis.
  • Staff washes their hands after every 30 minutes.
  • Using Hand Sanitizers after every hand washing.
  • Disinfecting and cleaning the Reception area on regular basis.
  • Deep cleaning for the public area as per the schedule

 

4. Define the best operational practices that you are employing in your property?

  • All staff temperature log is being made on daily basis to monitor the staff temperature.
  • Daily briefing to all staff related to health & hygiene and social distancing.
  • All the relevant information related to the Covid-19 has been placed on the notice boards and detailed guideline has also been given to the staff.
  • Hand Sanitizers has been fixed everywhere in the hotel.
  • All staff is strictly instructed to use hand gloves and face masks and same is being monitored on daily basis.

We are taking similar safety & Hygenic measures in all our Gromaxx properties.
